昨天不小心滷太多香菇瓜仔肉,想說一天到晚吃肉燥飯也不是辦法,就來變變花樣。

材料:香菇瓜仔肉燥 板豆腐 高麗菜 蛋
1.高麗菜切碎、板豆腐切小塊、蛋打散備用
2.高麗菜煮過,然後把煮菜的水倒掉只留一點點就好
3.加入香菇瓜仔肉燥、滷汁、板豆腐,開小火加熱
4.待湯汁小滾,將蛋汁均勻淋在料上面,蛋稍微凝固就可以關火
5.倒在白飯上面就大功告成
